Master Planning
In order to ensure a project successfully meets budgetary and time constraints, OMS will work closely with you to develop a master plan.
This includes clearly defining the desired future state of your operation, identifying the most cost effective route to reaching your desired end state, spelling out the scope of work in detail, identifying equipment and service purchases that will be required based on the scope of work, and finally providing an order of magnitude for the agreed upon project scope.
Once all parties have aligned on the scope, OMS will reach out to industry suppliers and contractors to develop a true project cost and timeline based on equipment lead times and availability. We always include a certain amount of contingency dollars to prevent any budgetary surprises.
Conceptual Design
OMS offers conceptual design for clients struggling to find creative and cost effective solutions. This includes engineering design and development to create a custom solution that will be sure to work with your existing operation.
OMS will deliver PFD's, PID's, and CAD Layout renditions as part of this service line.
Feasibility Studies
It is critical to be sure that a product or solution will work for your operation before any capital is spent on modifying your enviornment. OMS can offer feasibility studies to determine whether the proposed concept will work for your operation as intended.
This includes in-depth analysis of current operations, engineering studies to determine the effects of the proposed concept on all areas of your operation, and calculation of the operational cost and ROI of the proposed concept.
Bulk Material
OMS offers engineering design and development, automation, and full solution implementation for offloading, storing, and loading bulk materials. We have designed and implemented full solutions for Liquid and Powder detergents, as well as upgrades to Food and Beverage systems.
Processing Systems
OMS can support processing system design and upgrades for any product specifications you may require. We have done work with sanitary processing design, agitation and jet mixing, dynamic blending solutions, hydraulic studies and piping loop optimization, batching automation, and much more.

Production and Packaging
OMS supports full production and packaging line design and implementation as well as upgrades to your current line. We can support the entire production cycle from processing to palletization.
CAD As Builts
As part of our standard deliverables, OMS will provide accurate updates to your existing As Built showing any new equipment resulting from our engagement. We also provide layouts and PIDs for our proposed solutions during the Design and Development phase of an engagement.
OMS also offers CAD drafting as an independent service should you simply need to update an existing As Built or create one from scratch.
FAT and SAT
OMS requires a successful Factory Acceptance Test from all of our suppliers prior to any equipment being delivered to your facility. Once this step is complete and the new equipment is installed, OMS will provide onsite support and Site Acceptance Testing as part of the start up process.
Commissioning Support
Once FAT and SAT have been successfully met, OMS will provide onsite training and operational support for a specified period of time to ensure your operators are fully capable and have a clear understanding of what the new work flow should be. We will also provide full spare parts, should it be required, and training for your maintenance crew.
